What the PUCK is all the excitement about????

OMG...the peeps have lost their minds!!!!
USA BEAT Team Canada in hockey last night!!! I'm sure all the screaming and yelling the peeps did really helped Team USA out!

It was kind of hard to choose sides because Mike Babcock is coaching Team Canada...and he is the coach of our Beloved Red Wings....BUT....on the other paw, THIS turdley whine-box is on Team Canada and mom can't stand him...

I told Mom I'd totally pee on Sidney Crosby's leg if I ever had the chance!

In the end...USA won and the peeps were waving these flags around in my face and disturbing my typically quiet evening...

This morning, mom explained to me that thirty years ago TODAY...THIS happened....

Wow....I guess I can be patriotic JUST for today....

Oh, Sal! You so look so perturbed by the flag!! We saw your momma's posts on facebook last night, so I know how excited she must have been. I was so tired from agilities that I slept through the whole thing, even some yelling & whooping from my dad! I bet one of those pucks would be good to chew on...

Salinger, dude, at first when I saw the title of your post I thought it might be a Midsummer's Night Dream reference....but then I thought better of it! Heeeee! I, too, was conflicted about who to root for -- my team (the Blackhawks - yes, and don't even go there my dear!) had three players on Team Canada and one on Team USA. Being a USAonian I had to root for Team USA. I think it's very good of you to allow your evening to be disturbed by the game, btw. Maybe an extra treat, or something should have been part of the bargain though.

Salinger you look like you don't like the american flag ...BOL!!! That face is pricless.

Seriously, you know who you need to pee on??? Martin Brodeur...they had no right to start him and I am pretty sure he spend most of the game ON HIS ASS. That is soooo stupid. He almost cost us our last game too. Luongo was hot and they should have kept with him like USA did with Miller.

Oh and I totally think Crosby is the cutest thing ever and GO CANADA!! lol

Salinger - Mom was doing alot of yelling over here too, but no flags waving in our face thank goodness.

We think Crosby is a turdley whine-box too (mom calls him crybaby crosby). We would totally help you pee on his leg (or any other part of his body)

BOL! We don't get the whole hockey thing, but we've been watching curling (we don't get that either, but Mom watches it and we don't really care). We've been told Canada is the second best country after Norway but if you're happy, we're happy!

We totally watched the game and thought of you guys! We don't know much about hockey but we pretended to and got really into the game! It was awesome!!!!!!

Oooh hockey! That's one of those games my Pops used to watch but he hasn't taught me the rules yet. Still, you looked like you enjoyed yourself (though not so much when standing next to the flag) so hurray for team USA!

Oh, and I'm really glad your post wasn't about Glee. My Momma is nuts about that human with the mohawk, which drives my Pops insanely jealous. I don't like it when my Humans are upset with one another like that.

Hey Sal,

Hmmm, I don't know much about hockey. But I hear Lola is a pip with the sewing machine. That flag would make a bitchin' speedo for yours and Pugsley's puggymoon. I can just see you strollin' down the beach rockin' the banana hammock.
