That's BULL!!!

Ok, so mom bought me these things called "Bully Sticks" after hearing about them from a few of our other doggie friends and our blogger buddies Sunshine and Mud Puddles.

For those of you that don't know what a Bully Stick is.......you may NOT want to know......but if you're brave...CLICK HERE for an explanation.

Mom thought this would be a nice treat for me, so she got a package of them and gave me one this morning (figuring that it would last me all day!)

NOM NOM NOM NOM!!!!

These are the only pics that mom got because I ATE THE WHOLE THING in about 5 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!

Mom said she kind of expected that I would like it (I don't know WHY she would think that! ;-) but she had no idea that it was even possible to eat it that fast like I did.

I didn't even throw up......it just gave me bad gas...and THAT'S no bull!!!!!

We love bully sticks. We don't get them very often though since we eat them so fast. That and Brutus sometimes has issues and tries to pick a fight with me while I am eating mine.

I get gas from things that are not on my normal diet, but I love to have treats anyway!! Glad you enjoyed your bully!! I haven't gotten to try then yet but mom is thinking about it.

Salinger dude - I must have bully sticks! I'm sending Mom to the store to get me some today. She's a little grossed out after reading what they are, but I convinced her that they are good for me. I hope I get gas so bad that Mom throws a fit - ha ha ha!

I have been wanting these, but Momma made the mistake of reading what they were... "Not a chance in the world, Pearl!" she said.

Salinger... sneak one over to Oklahoma for me!? Mmmm!

Gee, thanks for sharing that info, S-Dog! I's not sure I can put one of those things in my mouth ever again.

Ok, I's over it. Somebody send me some bully sticks!

OMG that is disgusting.. 5 minutes??? Are you sure they were real? I have come across ones that aren't real. (the ingrediants should have only the one thing listed! lol)
I usually only give Gus and Indy theirs for a few hours at a time but they last atleast 4/5 hours.

I can't have them anymore. I almost swallow it hole, then I toss and turn all night. Tummy ache, and keep mom awake all night.
I don't care- so sneak some over to me too

Hey Sal,
Yeah, I love bully sticks too. I wigged out a bit when I first found out what they were, but whatever. I'm an equal opportunity snacker. If they had snacks made from girl cow parts, I'd nom those too.

P.S. Do I need to send you a Fart Club shirt??

Hey Salinger,
We tried them at our house, too, after reading about them. Mom is undecided about them (but we still have 4 left to go through!). She says the brown stuff on the outside is okay but the white stuff on the inside gets really sticky and wet and gross and stinky! We saw some in another store that seem hollow? Anyone have an explanation? Should we try the hollow ones? What about pigs' ears? Anyone have any experience with them? Are they easy to digest?
