Superbowl festivities and possible explanation...

Ugh...good morning after a heartbreaking Superbowl Sunday everyone. By now, you all know that our beloved Colts LOST to the Saints (yeah...they showed us "Who Dat" all right!)

We had a fun time here at our house....here are some pics (and can you believe that mom didn't get ANY of the food?)

Holden (with BLUE hair) and I waiting for our friends to arrive...

Here I am with Holden and his friend Katelin. She is a Steelers fan, but that's ok.

Here are our friends the Aikens...all bunched up like a log ride!

Watching the game with Daddy...

The designated "girls only couch"...

Katelin, Sydney and Mom

And FINALLY....a picture that was taken last November of Heather (Harry Pugalicious' mom) when she was here visiting. She wanted to SEE Lucas Oil Stadium (where the Colts play) and we think she laid some kind of voodoo/gris gris on our Colts back then so they would be sure to lose the Superbowl....here is proof of her casting this odd "spell" using what could ONLY be some sort of ancient magic gesture....

We didn't think we believed in all that hooey...but we are kind of thinking twice this morning!

Congrats Saints and Saints fans!

Happy Monday everyone!

Looks like a good time even though your team didn't win that game. You made me laugh when you said they looked like a "log ride." Did you all really have some food??

At least you got to go to the party! They moved the one for Dad's family to a smaller house and said there wouldn't be enough room for us! *sob* You look great in your jersy!

I was hoping you would have made your hair blue, like Holden did. Anyways, sure sounded like a proper Bowl to me. And many more....

Sal, I hates to say it, but I thinks the 'international' hello sign was a curse to the Colts. I feels your pain. I wanted to go comfort Payton myself, but mom put her foot down and wouldn't let me go to him...

Sorry about that loss - a tough one for sure. But we still think Peyton is THE man!! Hey, is that I pink snuggie I see on one of the girls? TeeHee! And blue definitely is your color, Sal! Don't borrow Holden's hair spray though, that might be a bit much....
