Vacations!

Some of you may not know this, but mommy and daddy are huge DORKS that love PBS, NPR and a bunch of other stuff like that with letters. They love a show on our local PBS channel called Across Indiana that features all kinds of interesting and offbeat human interest type stories of people that live here in Indiana. WELL...a while back, they did a piece about Little Rascals Pet Motel (where I stay on vacations!) Mom records the show every week and they REPEATED the episode with the piece about Little Rascals! I got SO excited!

I recognized their voices right away!!!!

HEY! That's my buddy Lloyd! I know him!!!!

Here is the actual piece that was on the show so you can see how cool this place is!

WELL...since I was so excited about seeing Lloyd and Gail on TV...mom figured this was a good time to take me to stay with them again for another visit!

It's ME with Gail and Lloyd!

Here I am checking out the front fountain with Holden...

This is Howard...he lives there at the Pet Motel! He's a nice guy and laughs when he hears other people laughing!

I had a great time as usual, but was a little miffed when I found out where Mom, Dad and Holden were!
Check THIS out! They went to Lake Michigan WITHOUT ME!

Here is Holden digging halfway to China....

Mom buried Holden in the sand!

Dad "lost his head" (hahahaha!)

Mom said that Holden looked like a CHICKEN CUTLET!

Here's dad and the pretty water!

They promised to take me with them next time. We'll see!!!!

Salinger, I'm sure you had a nice vacation, just not near Lake Michigan! Next time, sit in their suitcase until they agree to take you with!

Lloyd and Gail seem awesome! I can not tell you how much I wish we had a place like that here. I would be much more inclined to travel. It really stresses me out when I have to board Pearly at the vet!!

and who's the HOT MOMMA in the little red bikini!? YOWZA! :)

I feel ya S! The momma left me at home with dad for the weekend so she could go hang on the beach with Grandma and my two legged cousins. How does that work???? I like the beach and the water. Why did I have to stay home? At least I got to go to Pug Club!!

Happy Friday =)

We can't believe they went on vacation without you. But at least the place they left you at looks really nice. Thanks for sharing the video.

Pearl and Rosie (or more accurately their MOMS)...you two are hilarious! You too can own a "Mom-kini" for just $15 at your local WalMart! ;-)

Salinger dude! That place looks so cool. I could totally hang there except Mom doesn't like the fact that they use bottled water. Is their tap water contaminated?

You look so funny jumping up to watch the tv. I can't reach the tv which is a good thing because Dad would probably kill me if I could. He loves the tv!

Your mom is so modest about her bathing suit body. I say flaunt it if you've got it!

Stubby,
Hey dude! Mom used to live right up near Little Rascals and said that they likely have WELL water which comes out of the tap looking ORANGE, so it probably isn't something most "citified" dogs would be used to.

I don't know for sure, but I'd be willing to bet that they remove the caps and rings and then put them in the recycling bin!
