Happy New Year everyone!!!!!

Hi everyone!!! My peeps and I want to with all of you in Bloggerland a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY 2010!!!!

Here is the obligatory shot of me in my festive party hat to ring in the new year! (Mom's note...I couldn't find any Happy New Year hats, so S-Dog had to have Teletubbies. I figure humiliation is humiliation no matter what is on the hat!).

Our plans tonight included a TON of yummies (which you can see traces of on Holden's face), some Scrabble and watching the Three Stooges on TV! WHOOHOO!

Happy 2009 everyone!!!!

I understand that New Year's Eve is supposed to be a BIG night for humans going out and celebrating at big loud parties, so I felt quite lucky that MY humans weren't into all that last night!

We all stayed home together and ate Blini with sour cream and caviar, mini sammiches, deviled eggs, guacamole and pretty much whatever else we all felt like!

We DID go out together though...right after the sun set, we drove to the back of our subdivision near a big field so we could stargaze!

I had a very good vantage point on mommy's lap!
Venus, Mercury and Jupiter were ALL visible last night! Venus was right below the moon. You might have to use your imagination...but I swear it's in this picture!

See Venus? It's right below the crescent moon! Mercury and Jupiter were a bit further to the west and just above the horizon right after sunset. Our pictures didn't come out of them. Bummer.

Our wish on these stars is for ALL of our friends and family (human and canine!) to have the BEST 2009 possible, full of happiness, good health and any other well wishes you can dream up!
